Kelly Coleman, Licensed Sports and Neuromuscular Massage Therapist

We all have busy lives, and taking care of ourselves sometimes receives the lowest priority.  We all know that we should be exercising and eating well, but what about taking time for massage therapy? If you are stressed out, have low back pain, a stiff neck, tight shoulders or sore muscles from athletic competition, Relaxation Massage, Sports Massage or Neuromuscular Massage Therapy can benefit you. The physiological benefits are endless, but everyone also needs balance and relaxation to get in touch with their inner selves and experience a sense of well-being.

My goal here at Solful Touch Massage Therapy (Atlanta, GA) is to address the whole person. Pain relief, relaxation, and recovery from a sporting event may be your primary purpose for receiving a massage, but you may also experience many other benefits from the power of touch. Becoming more self aware, being more mentally alert and having a deep feeling of peace are some of the additional benefits you may experience. I often tell people, if everyone would get a massage a minimum of once a month, the world would be a better place. Massage Therapy, a necessity, not a luxury!

“Pinched Nerve, Arthritic Neck, Serious Pain. That was me six weeks ago. I normally do not write endorsements for anyone but feel compelled to offer my highest recommendation for Kelly and her role in my recovery. Given her experience, she was able to immediately understand what therapy was needed to best facilitate both relief and recovery. In addition, she proactively stayed in touch to see how I was doing, what my Doctors were telling me and reminding me to stretch, exercise, etc. She's an expert who truly cares about her clients.”  David P.  September 19, 2012
