We can all get stuck in a rut, but there are so many things we can do to nourish and renew ourselves in all areas of our lives.

We can strive to have our minds, bodies and spirits in alignment, but this state of wholeness can be very elusive.
I think about a loved one who has deteriorated in all three areas, and it makes me realize the importance of a good attitude. gratitude and being resilient.
